*Please Note:

• The client must have a PC (i3 processor or better with at least 8GB Ram and a Windows 10 OS). Mac OS is NOT supported.
• It is the provider’s responsibility to verify that the client is using a properly functioning computer.
• BrainCore is not responsible for any computer malfunction, repair or troubleshooting.
• No Training Credits will be refunded or credited with regards to Solo-Basic Users under any circumstances.
