Below is the terms and conditions of the Brain Train Nation Biweekly Financing Program with Deposit and a Payment Program

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the biweekly financing program (“Program”) offered by Brain Train Nation (“we”, “us”, “our”), which allows clients (“you”, “your”) to finance neurofeedback programs with a deposit and biweekly payments.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have a valid form of identification.
  • You must meet our credit and financing criteria.

3. Deposit

Upon approval, you must make a deposit towards the purchase. The deposit amount will be determined based on the purchase price and our financing terms. The deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

4. Biweekly Payments

You agree to make biweekly payments towards the remaining balance of the purchase. The payment amount will be determined based on the purchase price, deposit, and financing terms. Payments will be automatically deducted from your designated payment method every two weeks.

5. Financing Terms

a. Interest Rate: The interest rate for the financing will be stated in your financing agreement. b. Loan Term: The loan term will be specified in your financing agreement. c. Late Payments: Late payments may incur penalties or fees as specified in your financing agreement. d. Early Repayment: You may repay the remaining balance early without penalty, subject to the terms of your financing agreement.

6. Ownership

You will not own the purchased item(s) until the full balance, including any interest and fees, is paid. We reserve the right to repossess the item(s) in the event of default on payments.

7. Default

Failure to make biweekly payments as agreed may result in default. In case of default, we reserve the right to take legal action to recover the outstanding balance, repossess the purchased item(s), and report the default to credit bureaus.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the modified Terms on our website or notifying you through other means.

9. Governing Law
